What do you mean by metabolic symptoms?
Metabolic symptoms are the changes that affect your energy, weight, cravings and day-to-day steadiness. In midlife, this can look like midsection weight gain, blood sugar crashes, feeling ‘wired and tired’, low energy or difficulty losing weight.
Do I need hormone testing to work with you?
Not always. Many women begin with foundations and feel significantly better without testing. If testing is clinically helpful, I'll explain why and help you decide. Testing is always optional, and entirely your choice.
Can I join a programme if I'm already on HRT?
Yes. Nutritional therapy and lifestyle support work beautifully alongside HRT. We'll look at how your body is responding, optimise your foundations, and support any symptoms that remain.
Do you work with women with more complicated health backgrounds?
Yes - with care and collaboration. If you have a more complex history, such as thyroid conditions, autoimmune issues, metabolic concerns, or surgical menopause, we'll take a thorough, integrative approach and work alongside your medical team where needed.
How do I know which programme is right for me?

How long does each menopause programme last?
Programme length varies depending on the tier:
Reset: typically 6-8 weeks
Enhance: around 10-14 weeks
Thrive: 4-6 months
This gives us the right amount of time to create meaningful, sustainable change.
What kind of support do I receive between sessions?
All programmes include regular check-ins, supportive accountability tools, message access for quick questions, helpful educational resources and gentle plan adjustments when needed. Menopause Thrive includes extended support, priority booking and a more spacious, integrative framework for those wanting a fuller experience.
Can I upgrade later or add further sessions?
Absolutely. If you begin with Menopause Reset or Enhance and feel you'd benefit from deeper support, you can upgrade at any time and only pay the difference. You can also add additional sessions to any menopause programme or to your standalone wellness consultations or test interpretation. These can be used for deeper exploration, plan refinement or continued support as your needs evolve.
Are supplements included in the programme price?
Supplements are not included, as needs vary widely. However, all clients receive an ongoing 10% discount on supplements and wellness items through The Natural Dispensary.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Payment plans are available for all tiers to make support accessible and manageable. We can discuss the best option for you during your discovery call.
Can I work with you if I'm outside the UK?
Yes. Consultations are held online, so it is possible to work with me from abroad. Testing options may vary depending on your location, but we'll discuss what is possible.
